How to start a return
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@cavalrytrailscollectivellc.com. Returns must be pre-authorized we cannot accept packages sent back without prior approval. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your package to our facility in New Braunfels, Texas 78132.
Damages & incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@cavalrytrailscollectivellc.com so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you get what you want as fast as possible.
EU customers - 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipping to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, no explanation needed. The same condition requirements apply: items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@cavalrytrailscollectivellc.com.
