Our Commitment

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — here's exactly how.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with no signs of use
  • Not marked as final sale

To start a return, email us at designed4thewildboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error on your order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at designed4thewildboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need
  2. We'll confirm availability and send you a prepaid exchange label
  3. Ship the original item back to us
  4. Your new size ships once we receive the return

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

We will resolve it promptly — no hassle.


Print-on-Demand Notice

Because our products are made to order by our fulfillment partner, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse on non-defective items outside the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Minor variations in print placement, color tone between screens, and fabric texture are normal characteristics of print-on-demand products and are not considered defects.


International Orders

International customers follow the same return and exchange policy. Please note:

  • Return shipping from international addresses is the customer's responsibility
  • We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or items lost in international transit
  • If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office
