1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting wildboutiquedesign.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. About Us
Designed For The Wild Co., LLC is a print-on-demand outdoor apparel brand operating at wildboutiquedesign.com. We are registered as an LLC and sell graphic apparel and accessories to customers in the United States and internationally.

3. Products
We sell print-on-demand graphic apparel and accessories. Because our products are made to order:
- Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration
- Sizing charts are provided on each product page — please review before ordering
- Minor variations in print placement are normal and not considered defects
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments.
We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer for international orders.
5. Orders & Fulfillment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
6. Shipping
Domestic US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production. International orders typically arrive within 15 - 45 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Free size exchanges are available
- Because our products are print-on-demand and made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse on final sale items
- Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and brand elements on wildboutiquedesign.com are the property of Designed For The Wild Co., LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or use any of our designs without express written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to wear and use that product. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
9. User Conduct
When using our site, you agree not to:
- Use our site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site
- Submit false or fraudulent orders
- Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of product descriptions or the uninterrupted availability of our website.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designed For The Wild Co., LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
